About Us

About Our School.

Christ the King Senior Girls' School is an all girls Catholic Primary School. The school has currently 82 children enrolled. We welcome children from all different cultures, beliefs, backgrounds and abilities.

We have five mainstream classes, from 2nd class - 6th class. We are attached to, and work alongside the Junior side of our school which contains Junior Infants - 1st Class.

The school comprises of five mainstream class teachers and two SET teachers. The school also has four SNAs.

Our school was first opened in 1934, and since then our school has become an integral part of the community of Cabra where many children over the last 90 years have received their education to a very high standard as well as making fantastic memories for life.

Set in the heart of Cabra our girls thrive in a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere, where diversity is celebrated and they fulfil their unique potential.
Our school prides itself on small class sizes which allow a close working relationship between the staff and children which has been the cornerstones of the school’s success.
At Christ the King Senior Girl's School, teaching and learning is recognised as a partnership between students, parents and teachers, where we celebrate and encourage excellence and enthusiasm equally.
